Are you an experienced administrator with strong customer service skills? Are you looking to join a growing team in an exciting industry? Our client, a leading convertible roof repairs specialist, is seeking a professional and friendly Admin Assistant to join their Redhill Team! ????????????

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions. You will handle incoming calls, present services to customers to secure bookings, and provide accurate information to the workshop. ????????????

In addition, you will respond to customer inquiries via various channels, manage the diary using internal systems, and communicate vehicle repair requirements clearly to customers. You will also act as a key liaison between customers, the workshop, and the office, ensuring efficient communication for optimal vehicle repair and collection. ????????????

Other key responsibilities include updating the customer database accurately, generating invoices, taking payments, and liaising with customers, workshop, and external subcontractors. You will support the Office Manager with health and safety responsibilities, train new team members, and assist with various administrative duties. ????????????

To excel in this role, you should have strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be well-organised, have excellent time management skills, and enjoy working as part of a friendly team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a positive "can do" attitude are also key attributes our client is seeking. ⏰????️????

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have a keen willingness to learn new skills. Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous. This is a full-time permanent position, with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30 and Saturday 08:30-12:30 on a 1 in 4 rota. ????????
