Job role / duties

•Process sales orders, order acknowledgements and invoices for goods and services
•Liaise with customers as to delivery dates or any issues that may arise
•Process new customer onto the system
•Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
•Provide & maintain monthly sales performance reports for management
•Working from the debtors list, chase outstanding monies
•Advise customers of despatch & invoicing
•Progress customer contracts for on-time despatch
•Progress purchase orders and update on the WMS system
•Arrange deliveries .
•Liaise with colleagues in Manufacturing & Sales departments to gain/give updates on purchase orders & materials supply as well as ensuring packing cases are ordered on time
•Ensure production planning minutes are kept up to date with live information

To be considered for this role you MUST

Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Be able to adapt quickly to customer and production changes
Have worked in a role requiring strong problem solving skills
Have strong MS Excel ability
Be a team player
