Description:

New opportunity for an Office Administrator to work within an award winning civil engineering company.

The ideal candidate will also have experience as a purchase ledger, be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for management.
Handle phone calls and correspondence.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Manage Purchase ledger duties
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organisational skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
Experience with purchase ledger management.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
