As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our client's corporate home. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining the office to the highest standards, managing office supplies and logistics, and providing administrative support. ????

???? Contract Type: 3 months with potential to be extended or go permanent

⏰ Working Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm, Full Time

???? Hourly rate From: £14ph

???? Location: London Bridge

What you'll do:

???? Maintain office facilities and equipment, liaising with suppliers

???? Keep tabs on office supplies, replenishing when needed

???? Be the friendly face that greets and assists visitors, clients, and delivery personnel

???? Handle various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing

???? Assist with diary and event management, as well as travel coordination

???? Support the wider team with recruitment, HR, and IT tools

???? Ensure office safety checks and open/close procedures are followed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

✔️ Previous experience as an Office Administrator

✔️ Proficiency in IT tools and platforms such as Office365 and SharePoint

✔️ Exceptional communication skills and a professional manner

✔️ Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail

✔️ A proactive and flexible approach to work
