Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in finance administration? Search are looking for a Part-Time Administrator and play a vital role within well established close-knit team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing staff expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Demonstrating high attention to detail when inputting data into spreadsheets
- Reconciling company credit card transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Utilising strong Excel skills to organise and analyse financial data effectively
- Updating and maintaining staff records with precision
- Handling inbound calls professionally, assisting internal staff, and directing general inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in finance administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills when interacting with others
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
This is initially a part time contracting post, with view of going permanent.
