£14.00 per hour PAYE
6 Month Contract
37.5 Hours Per Week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a busy operational team supporting day-to-day business support activities within a professional working environment.
This role would suit someone with previous administration, office support, reception, or customer service experience who is organised, proactive, and confident using Microsoft Office systems.

The Role

You will provide a wide range of administrative and business support services to support operational teams and ensure the smooth running of office functions.
Duties will include:
·Maintaining and updating records across internal systems and spreadsheets
·General office administration and team support duties
·Handling confidential information appropriately
·Supporting reception and front desk duties when required
·Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
·Administering petty cash
·Producing and collating reports
·Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
·Maintaining office filing and document management systems
·Supporting communication between teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Candidates should have:
·Previous experience within an administration or business support role
·Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
·Experience using databases, spreadsheets, or management systems
·Strong communication and organisational skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Professional and friendly manner
·Good attention to detail
·Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

·Reception or front-of-house experience
·Experience processing purchase orders or invoices
·Experience handling confidential information
·Public sector or operational support experience
