Administrator
We are looking for an Administrator to support the daily functions of a busy service and repairs support office.
£13.02 ph
Based in Redditch, this role cannot be performed remotely.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* To provide a customer focussed, efficient and effective repairs service to customers
* Responding to telephone calls and emails, gaining a solid understanding of the repair request, and organising a suitable time for a tradesperson visit.
* Provide a welcoming and friendly, yet professional point of contact for all tenants, customers, and colleagues.
To be considered for this Repairs administrator role you will need the following experience
* Ability to understand customers problems and can interpret that into a job to be fixed
* Ask others for their expert advice to support the repairs needs
* Computer literate enabling smooth job bookings to be recorded
* Excellent customer service
