We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work for our client on a temporary 3 month basis in central Dover.
This will be a varied and busy role that will require you to support a small busy team. You will be carrying out Data Entry duties as well as attending and minuting meetings and then typing the notes up. You will have some telephone contact with people and you will also be assisting collating the data for customer satisfaction surveys. There will be other general office administration tasks as required to support the team.
You must have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, be fully IT literate in MS Office, have good typing skills and ideally have previously minuted meetings.
The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm, there is paid for parking close by the the office and this role will be starting in the middle of May.
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
