Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with an educational provider dedicated to empowering adults in local communities? We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for a passionate individual to join their Education curriculum team as an Administrator for a dynamic 3-month period.
As a Curriculum Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in their mission by:
* Collaborating with a team of administrators to develop new curriculum templates.
* Efficiently inputting course information and additional data into our bespoke system.
* Creating and managing curriculum timetables.
* Handling incoming communications from course tutors.
* Addressing adhoc telephone queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Proven administration experience.
* Strong data input skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly Office 365.
* A positive and adaptable attitude towards work.
In return you will receive:
* £21,840 (pro rata)
* Hybrid working with 2 days in the Leeds office (one of the office days will be Wednesday)
