Description:

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced permanent Administrator to join their site based team on a full time basis in Swindon. Previous experience using Asite and previous experience on a MOD site is essential, Document Controller experience preferred,

Duties:

Filing documents
Sending drawings
Distributing information
Raising invoices
Monitoring Emails, phone calls & post
Supporting team with administrative support
Screen and provide support for any technical issuesKey attributes:

Strong organisational skills
Customer orientated attitude
Personable attitude and good communications skills is key
Previous experience using Microsoft Packages
Experience working within a building or maintenance environment is of great benefit.Benefits include:
