Salary: £12.30 per hour.
Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30AM-5PM) and Friday (8.30AM-4.30PM)
Please note this is a temporary contract, with a duration of 12 weeks.

Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join a successful company, due to growth. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a specialist team.
The duties of the Administrator will be:
Providing administrative support to a specialist team.
Maintaining relevant databases, ensuring documents are updated frequently.
Take ownership of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints until resolved.
Update the in-house systems and support the team in relevant training.
Liaising with customers, internal departments and third parties.
Implement high standards of customer service. Experience required:
Experience within housing administrative desired but not essential.
Customer service/call handling experience is crucial.
Must be approaching, friendly and confident communicating with customers.
Clear written and oral communication skills.
Have strong IT skills.
