Our client is medical centre specialising in drug & alcohol addiction. They are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to assist with a variety of duties and ultimately supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Main

* Dealing with all person-centered administrative needs, for example, booking appointments, preparing waiting lists.

* Accurate and timely data inputting to maintain client records.

* To provide clear and concise information to clients and external agencies whilst always ensuring full patient confidentiality.

* Providing word processing or general administrative duties including scanning, filing, shredding, stationery ordering, printing.

* Support management in any reasonable requests.



* A good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent including English, Math’s.

* IT skills (including basic word processing).

* An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

* Good organisational and time management skills.

* A non-judgmental approach and an understanding of the needs and issues of working within the substance misuse field and a demonstration of the ability to work effectively with people regardless of their ethnic, cultural, social backgrounds, their gender, age, religious belief, disability and sexual orientation.

Salary: From £11.44 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5hrs per week)

This role is currently temporary for 2-3 months but for the right candidate may become permanent.
