Fairmead are recruiting an Administrator for our client who are an expanding established company based in Ilford.
You have a rare opportunity to join the busy office team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will best suit a customer centric person who will be responsible for looking after an established customer base, and onboarding new customers giving them the highest level of customer service possible!
About the role
The successful administrator will be someone who has a naturally positive and proactive approach, with a high can-do attitude to problem solving for customers and getting tasks completed with a high level of care towards their work and communications.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Requires a strongly confident communicator
* Working closely with the correct quoting, purchasing, production and finance personnel to follow the full sales journey from start to finish, managing customer expectations along the way
* Communicate positively with customers, suppliers and group related contacts, with a solution based approach
* Work with the Project Manager to support with customer calls, orders, delivery notes and general admin
* Uploading sales orders
* Liaise with purchasing team
* Pulling weekly reports, using the data to guide and improve future sales activities
* General sales activities
* Other adhoc administrative and sales related duties
