Up to £26,000 pa plus company benefits
Evoke Staffing work in partnership with a leading logistics organisation who require an Administrator to work alongside the Customer Service team in servicing customers, administering inbound/outbound products and invoicing.
This position is working within an office of a Warehouse, previous experience in a similar industry would be beneficial.
Daily Duties:
· Accurate processing of pre-arrivals and arrival administration
· Use of business software systems
· Effective communication with internal departments and customers
· Accurate processing of revenue/invoicing
· Inbound planning
· Handling customer enquiries/queries accordingly
To secure this position, it is important that you have worked in a similar position previously. With experience of excel and outlook, invoicing and business systems.
