CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of our client based in Preston, PR5.
We are looking for someone with a friendly and confident personality with a professional telephone manner. The role will involve communicating with customers, the factory operations teams. .
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a first point of contact for all telephone enquiries.
· Reception duties, greeting visitors.
· Manage telephone enquiries transferring calls to appropriate departments.
· Ensure all paperwork of orders and despatch dates are collected.
· Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries.
. Taking care of compliance.
Skills Required:
· Administration experience (Min 1 year).
· Confident telephone manner
· Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
· Minimum 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (grades A-C’s).
