We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable business located in Eynsham who are recruiting an Administrator to join their business,
As the Administrator, you will be involved the day to day running of the office which will include:
. Preparing parcels for dispatch - Parcelforce/ UPS
. Placing orders from suppliers for stock.
. Answering the phone and answering with any queries.
. Liaising with suppliers and customers via email.
. Processing paperwork.
. General administrative duties to support the team.
The Administrator will require:
. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
. Computer experience essential - proficient on Microsoft/Outlook platforms.
. A good level of numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
. Ability to work independently and use own initiative/ attention to detail.
If you have strong communications skills and good computer skills, we'd love to hear from you. This role is initially temporary however for the right candidate there is the opportunity to become permanent.
