Administrator/ Help desk

Temp to Perm position - 12 months

N2 Area

£26,000-£28,000 DOE

DK Recruitment are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on behalf of their client based in North London area.

This is a full time role, working in the office Monday - Friday 8.00am-4pm.

Our client is a FM Contractor who operate nationally across London. They have a great reputation and a healthy order book and therefore appreciate how valuable the help from the admin team in the office is for the running on the business.

This role is being introduced to provide dedicated administrative support and receptionist duties, along with offering general assistance within the branch.

Key responsibilities

* Using ERP system to process contract paperwork, sales and orders

* Creating Contract files

* Issuing Staff contracts

* Recording operatives holidays

* Assemble Health & Safety Files

* General filing and office duties

* Incoming call handling

* Adhering to quality processes

* Administration of training

* Admin support to Admin Manager, Branch and Regional staff

Knowledge / Experience

The ideal candidate will have;

* A number of years’ experience within a busy office environment

* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent Interpersonal skills

* Computer literate - with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

* A positive and friendly manner with a good sense of humour

* Minimum English and Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
