Our client is a thriving, industry leader in the Energy market that is experiencing massive success & growth. They're looking to hire Administrators to manage increase demand & process applications / manage compliance.
You'll join a fun & collaborative team & work for a relaxed & supportive Manager. The business is based in Manchester City Centre, runs regular socials, and shuts down for 2 weeks at Christmas every year.
Administrator duties:
* Processing applications
* Managing an email inbox
* Managing client relationships
* Managing email inboxes
* General enquiries
* Supporting internal departments
* Updating accounts
* Investigations
* Call listening & scoring
The package:
* £20,800 - £22,000 salary
* Monday to Friday - 9 to 5
* 28 holiday inc bank holidays
* 2 weeks Christmas shutdown
* Regular socials
Requirements:
Experience in Admin or Customer Service is required.
