Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for administrator to join one of their clients based in Oldbury, B68

MAIN DUTIES

To place orders with approved suppliers. Ensure all raw material documentation is maintained and communicate and manage any supply chain issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* Manage approved supply base to ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Place material orders & firefight issues with approved supply base.

* Maintain clear supply chain communication both internally and externally.

* Manage and review material inventory.

* Data Entry

* Answering telephones

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.

* Strong telephone manner with the confidence to deal with suppliers

* Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Excel.

* Must be responsible, committed and positive.

* Must have strong administration and attention to detail.

* Sage

SHIFT

7am– 4pm Monday to Friday - flexible

PACKAGE

Up to £13 per hour
