* You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team in a fast-paced environment with many prospects for the right person.

Duties:

* Email correspondence and inbox management

* Input data for both clinical and non-clinical information and maintain accurate databases on a daily basis

* Diary management and general scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

* Type up letters, reports, and general document management.

* To conduct audits and produce reports as required.

* Arranging meetings and taking minutes.

* Marketing administration and digital distribution

* Work on own initiative and produce documents, which do not require checking as a matter of routine.

* Respond to and direct incoming calls, ensuring accurate message recording and timely delivery.

* Provide comprehensive clerical support in line with administrative procedures.

* Manage work efficiently to meet response deadlines.

Who they are Looking For:

* Previous administration experience

* Fantastic MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Outlook, Word & and Excel.

* Ability to pick up new IT systems

* Excellent written communication and telephone manner

* High attention to detail.

* Well organised.

* Able to prioritise workloads independently and meet strict deadlines.

* Able to handle sensitive information.

* Be focused on providing a high level of service to patients and healthcare professionals

* Be flexible and reliable
