Description:
Administrator/Office Managers Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
·Overseeing all activities in the office.
·Managing the CRM system database with candidates’ data.
·compliance, contracts and filing of information following GDPR.
·Assisting with the applications of full airside passes for several UK airports.
·Maintaining internal records and updating company records.
·Maintaining company processes and maintaining documentation.
·Assist with maintaining documentation for the company Accreditations, including internal audits.
·Assisting with Timesheet processing for project employees and agency workers.
·Assisting with basic payroll data input.
·Assist consultants with general running of projects.
Administrator/Office Manager General Duties:
·Act as first point of telephone contact for staff, customers and operatives.
·Maintain company records,
·General administration duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and distribution of same,
·Filing.
·To maintain a flexible approach and assist with other duties within the team as and when required.
Administrator/Office Manager Core Competencies:
