Location : Ruislip
Key Accountabilities
Provide full administrative support for projects including document control, database management, document trackers and project correspondence
Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary, including mail distribution
Provide cover on other projects as requested
Preparation of documents, maintaining and updating database;
Answering telephones, taking messages, covering reception and other administrational duties;
Preparation of documentation for team meetings, Recording accurate minutes and actions;
Maintaining professional client facing approach and excellent customer service;
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Essential Skills and Experience
Good organisational skills
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to work under pressure - support collation for reporting in advanced reporting and presentation prep
Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels
Good team player
Pro-active and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Accurate and attentive to detail
Strong, proven background within a similar administrative support position.
Good with computers and database inputting
Experience with data entry, spreadsheets and databases.
Experience within the construction sector is preferred but not essential.
NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.
