We are looking for a sales administrator to join our client in Poole.
This is a very varied role, perfect for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to get involved in all parts of the sales, marketing, and order process. Working in a small company, you will engage in all areas of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling client sales enquiries via email, phone, and website
Creating quotes and sales orders using our CRM system
Following up on sales quotes
Managing production administration, including sending client visuals
Coordinating with couriers
Conducting stock takes
Assisting with marketing, social media, and other administrative tasks
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
