Salary: £12-£13 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to join our client's team in Aberdeen. This is a part-time, office-based role with a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including financial tasks and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise invoices accurately and promptly
Raise and goods receipt Purchase Orders
Create and manage spreadsheets to perform basic financial reconciliations
Reconcile figures from different sources and present findings to clients
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP is essential
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential
Ability to accurately reconcile figures from multiple sources
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills to effectively present information to clients
