What you'll be doing;
Oversee office equipment and general services, maintaining stationary and office supply stocks to required levels
Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls
Maintain various staff records such as training, issue of PPE, laundry, etc.
Manage meeting room bookings and refreshments, liaise with PR department regarding formal visits
Produce Purchase Orders, Raise invoices, Receipt goods / services on the Computer based systems, dealing with invoice queries as and when they arise, arranging for new suppliers to be added to the system as appropriate.
Produce reports / statistics for management information/budget purposes
Responsible for petty cash expenditure, recording and reporting
To be aware of and work within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management
What we're looking for;
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good general level of education including minimum Grade C in Maths and English GCSE, or equivalent
Minimum two years experience in a busy office environment
High personal standards and a professional manner
Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks and work without supervision
An effective team member, able to communicate well orally and in writing
