Administrator – Leeds – Temporary (Immediate Start)
Hourly Pay Rate: £16.00p/h Via Umbrella
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
A World Leading Service provider who operates on an international scale is looking for an administrator based in Leeds area. This role is with the hours Mon – Fri 8am - 5pm so the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must come from an administrator background with experience of invoicing as well.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
* Any other adhoc admin duties when needed
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
