Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire with occasional travel to Essex required

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)

Our client, an established importer in the logistics industry, is seeking two Administrators to join their friendly and growing team. With offices in Essex and Turkey, they supply a variety of foods to Retail markets. As they continue to expand, this is an exciting time to join their organisation and contribute to their journey of sales growth.

Maintain day-to-day operations in the customer service department
Respond to customer service issues promptly and efficiently
Interact with customers daily, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate services or department
Work with the team to consistently meet customer service targets/ KPIS
Drive continuous improvements in transport operations and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Manage incoming calls and emails effectively
Order processingEssential:

Experience within the Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain environment
Professional and confident telephone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Attention to detail Technologies:
