Job Title: Demonstration Equipment Administrator
Location: Dundee, DD2 area
Hours: Full time, 09:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch
Contract Length: 5 to 6 months
Pay Rate: £12.00 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Demonstration Equipment Administrator to join our client's team in Dundee. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of demonstration equipment, supporting both customers and field sales personnel. If you have strong administrative skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and maintain a calendar of customer and field sales personnel requirements concerning equipment.
Raise initial orders for equipment on SAP.
Process purchase orders for demonstration equipment hires and handle them through to invoicing.
Communicate with customers and sales personnel via phone, SMS, and email.
Respond to queries relating to the availability and location of demonstration equipment for business managers.
Participate in audit counts and reconciliations.
Prepare and coordinate the distribution of demonstration equipment and follow up on overdue reports.
Maintain demonstration department areas in a clean and tidy condition.
Perform other duties related to demonstration equipment and storage as needed.
Carry out any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Manager or for business needs.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
Educated to higher level or above.
Previous experience working with MS Office applications.
Experience in a fast-moving office environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Polite and courteous manner in all situations.
Ability to build good relationships with field-based personnel.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Willingness to go the extra mile during busy times.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP, and Salesforce.
