Description:

Pertemps are working with a well known business in Grangemouth and they are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator for a 4 week assignment commencing Wed 29 May 24 @ 08:30.

This is a Monday to Friday position and the hours are 08:00-17:00

Main Duties:
Report to the Site Administrator daily
Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
Filing, answering calls, dealing with clients, and assisting the Site Administrator with any administrative tasks
Skills & Experience:
Experience as an administrator, administrative assistant or similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Reliable and professional
