Office Administrator
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 p.a. + 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries over the telephone and email.
Liaising with internal and external customers
Data entry, inputting orders.
Provide customers with quotations.
Processing customer sales and rental orders, pro-formas and quotations received over the phone and emails.
Liaise with suppliers.
Plan all work activities to achieve contractually specified time scales SLA and KPI's to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Create and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers and clients to fully understand their needs.
Escalate issues/queries when appropriate.
Assisting office with general administration duties such as credit checking, presentations, reports.
Cover and assist with any other responsibilities within the business when needed.
Experience/ Skills Required:
Previous experience in an Administration/ Customer Service type role.
Experience working with rental equipment is desirable but not essential.
Brilliant communication and customer service skills.
Must have a confident telephone manner.
Must be able to commute to Trafford Park on a daily basis.
IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
