The role of an Administrator in our Secretarial & Business Support team is essential to our clients operations in the manufacturing and production sector. This position requires a highly organised individual who can support the Littlehampton location with administrative tasks, logistics, and supply administration.

Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

Handling administrative tasks to support the logistics and supply chain operations.
Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Raising/processing invoices
Resolving any logistic issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

Previous experience supporting a logistics/dispatch team
Proficiency in the use of business support systems and software.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

An hourly pay rate of approximately £13 - £14 per hour
