Ash Construction Group are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Rail Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in rail administration and coordination, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and make a lasting impact.
About You
To be considered for the role, you will hopefully have experience in some of the following areas -
* Experience in a similar role (previous Administrator Role preferred)
* Have excellent IT and administration skills
* Love talking to people and have a knack for understanding their needs
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A* - C including English and Maths
* Rail industry experience or an interest in engineering would be a definite plus!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the Sentinel scheme, including the registration and validation process for personnel
• Maintain up-to-date medical forms and induction packs.
• Coordinate hotel bookings efficiently.
• Record procurement transactions in the Purchase Order (PO) register.
• Process Timesheet
• Respond to pay queries received from workers.
• Assist with providing specific information to clients in advance of an assignment to support responses to orders. Such as but not limited to; training certificates, ATWs, training matrix, CVs.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments,
• Managing company correspondence
* Undertaking general office duties & supporting payroll & accounts team
* Manage and organise documents, reports, and data efficiently.
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
* Assist with project-related tasks and follow-up on action items.
* Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with team members
