Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a Maintenance company based in Tiptree who would like an Administrator to join them W/C 1st July.
This is a temporary-permanent position working 8.00- 17:00 Monday-Friday. Paying up to £14.00 per hour (£29,120 per annum) depending experience.
This is a start up office set up/structure due to the fact this will be working at newly acquired site.
Your key duties in this Administration role will include but are not limited to:
Calling and emailing customers to update appointment arrangements.
Placing orders on customer accounts and placing with maintenance engineers.
Processing of invoices.
Answering the main telephone and helping with enquires.
Booking maintenance engineers.
Updating CRM system.
Arrange appointments.
Order processing.
Key Skills and experience required to be considered:
Essential: Solid administration experience.
Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Sage knowledge desirable.
Self -sufficient.
Confident with a positive nature.
