ADMINISTRATOR - SW LONDON
Client
An established construction company based in London are looking for an Administrator to work from their Head Office.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead role for Construction Administration process for projects
* Health & Safety Administration
* Security Clearance Administration
* Basic Document Control duties. Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents.
* Responsible to manage the storage, distribution and filing of all documents in both paper and electronic format.
* Attend construction meetings and prepares field reports
* Perform Shop Drawing reviews and Request for Information (RFI) evaluations
* Admin duties phone calls if required
* Diary management
* Speaking with clients/third parties
* Communication and reporting to internal and external team to enhance project quality
* Day to day administration
* Carry out any other responsible duties requested by the Senior staff
Requirements
* Previous Secretarial or Administrator experience is essential ideally working on Construction projects.
* Understanding of how to take minutes and write up detailed reports from notes.
* Document Control knowledge is preferable however not essential.
* Be organised and efficient and comfortable working on site
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (office, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
