The vacancy

DN Colleges are recruiting an Administrator based at Doncaster College to join our dynamic marketing team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department, working closely with the team (across sites) to track and analyse data, responding to queries, and process invoices and purchase orders on our finance system.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support delivery against strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including supporting with budgets and using the finance system to raise purchase orders for the department.

* Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets and expenses.

* Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing marketing data to assess campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

* Assist in planning and organising events.

* Develop effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

* Prepare and distribute regular reports on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators.

You must have…

* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing department but this is not essential.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
