Description:
We are looking for an Administrator to join the team of an established facilities maintenance company in Stratford Upon Avon on a permanent contract. This role will involve competing general administrative duties for planned works and taking ownership of tasks to ensure a high quality of service is provided.

Mon- Fri/ 8-4:30pm
As an Administrator on the planner works programmes, you will be:
Inputting accurate information, including direct operative/ subcontractor information
Assisting in sending out material and enquiry documentation
Raising purchase orders and dealing with any discrepancies
Liaise with other departments and stakeholder's as required
The successful Administrator will have:
Previous experience in Admin
Worked in a facilities maintenance background
Been a Repairs planner/ repairs scheduler/ works planner/ fm coordinator
