SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to work for a growing business based in South Leicester
As the Administrator you will have the responsibility of ensuring the administrative requirements for the businesses are up to date. This includes the issuing of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, completion of reports and issuing of invoices to customers.
Key responsibilities as the Administrator
● Take Overall Responsibility of the internal administrative process
● Receive and take calls from customers
● Creation and submission of Risk Assessments ensuring they are ready and accepted for each project
● Checking of reports from engineers
● Completion and filing of all other documentation as required by clients
● General office administration
● Assistance in all other administrative tasks
● Participate in weekly team meetings to keep up with Operational Requirements
● Import information in various project online Portals
● Complete timely invoicing of all jobs
● Provide administrative assistance to Aftercare
In return you will be offered a salary up to £25,000 + Bonuses and work Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
