Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm (hybrid working available)

We are recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a well established company based in the Leicester area which offers hybrid working. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions and providing support to the wider business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including minute taking during meetings, customer service, and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator role:

Accurately record and distribute minutes from meetings, ensuring all action items are clearly documented and followed up.
Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Aid team members with various administrative tasks and projects, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Prepare payment of invoices
Maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and accurately. 
Requirements of the ideal Administrator candidate:

Previous experience in a similar office based administrative role, including experience of minute taking
Good initiative skills
Good numeracy skills
Proficient IT skills
Ability to prioritise your workload
