Description:
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Charity on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilites:
* General administration support - planning and organising meetings, booking conferences etc.
* Where agreed, support with corporate events, including managing the budget and expenditure for these. (for example Senior Management Team residentials)
* Provide administrative support in the delivery of organisational assignments and initiatives supporting PA and Exec business support officer.
* Process invoices, credit card returns, expenses and maintain financial recording systems in line with policy.
* Organise complex travel arrangements including all bookings, itineraries, required paperwork and travel information across Executive Management Team and Senior Management Team as/when required, effectively communicating necessary information to all relevant parties.
* Provide support to PA and Company Secretary to track and maintain incoming contracts/leases requiring approval.
* Provide administrative support for operational meetings with regard to planning meetings, scheduling, managing the related paperwork, preparing relevant materials, taking minutes and distributing these in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working as a Secretary/Administrator, ideally within a Health or Social Care setting
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent IT skills
