Administrator
£11.48ph, Harrogate, 28 days paid leave, 8am- 4pm Monday - Friday Enhanced DBS required
Due to a busy period our client is looking for an administrator on a temporary basis in a busy medical department. An Enhanced DBS is required for this role as you will be dealing with confidential information.
Taking and making calls to internal members of staff
Resolving any queries and reacting appropriately.
Booking appointments and updating internal systems
Sending reminders and conformation documents We would expect you to be an excellent administrator with strong numeracy and literacy skills, have strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. you will need good IT skills and be aware of confidentiality at all times when dealing with information and files
