Description:
Hales Group is seeking an Administrator to join our client in Lowestoft for an initial period of 4 weeks, with the potential for longer-term employment for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic company during a pivotal time.
Key responsibilities
Placing recruitment adverts on job boards
Registering candidates – reviewing their paperwork, right to work checks etc
Process recruitment packs on the salesforce database – include personal and employment reference checks & the issues of contracts
Answering telephones, filing, photocopying
Reconciling timesheets
Credit card and expenses reconciliation where needed
Set up new starter contract documentation at the start of each contract on the company database
Managing onboarding of new operatives / staff onto the company database Skills and experience
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills Administrator
