Administrator (Contract Services)– £38,500 per annum plus benefits – London (Remote)

The Role

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? Do you have a degree in law, business management, or administration and thrive in dynamic environments? If so, FIDIC wants to hear from you!

We are the umbrella body representing the business interests of the global consulting engineering industry, looking to appoint an Administrator in our Contract Services division.

In this role you will support our Contract Services team in delivering legal and compliance activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with some homeworking flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Support FIDIC Contract Services team on all contract services delivery, legal, and compliance activities.
Update legal pages on various FIDIC websites.
Provide administrative support for all FIDIC legal events, contract services, compliance, and related activities.
Handle FIDIC contract enquiries, customer service support for clients purchasing FIDIC contracts, licenses, and ADR services.
Support FIDIC bookshop activities including publications management and sales.
Assist in the preparation of materials for corporate compliance related to General Annual Meetings, Board meetings, and other activities.
Undertake project management tasks, including collaboration with external parties.
Contribute to the development of materials for FIDIC events and contract users groups.
Other administrative tasks as required.

The Person

A degree in a relevant subject (law, business, administration).
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and writing skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office and website content management systems.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
