The Client
Our client is a well-established client, incorporated in 2006 and are one of the largest Corporate Approved Inspectors. They provide Building Control, Clerk of Works and Warranty services to a range of both private and corporate clients. Due to continued growth, our client is now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in London.
The Role
To carry out administrative duties for the Surveyors, Inspectors, Building Control team and Managing Director.
The Responsibilities
* Day to day enquiries
* Assisting with client / customer queries
* Sending information out to clients
* Dealing with Inspectors
* Undertake customer and client phone calls
* Review and respond to emails in professional manner
* Assist with construction related site bookings, meetings, and staff meetings
* Assist office manager with the review of internal and external complaints, in conjunction with the Operations Manager
* Assist office manager in supporting the Company directors
Requirements
* You will be computer literate and have used Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook etc) to an advanced level
* Must be confident speaking over the phone
* Can do attitude
* Construction industry experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Able to work under pressure as the role will be working within fast paced environment
