* Location: Warwick
* Salary: £28,000 per annum.
* Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Role Purpose of Administrator
The Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders through meticulous administration. This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to facilitate accurate and timely sales processes.
Responsibility of Administrator
* Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
* Managing sales processes and adhering to established procedures.
* Generating and processing invoices.
* Ensuring accurate data entry.
* Performing general administrative duties.
* Providing reception cover when necessary.
* Assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks on occasion.
* Conducting monthly reporting to headquarters in the absence of the Vice President.
Requirement of Administrator
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office administrator role.
* Proficiency in customer communication, order processing, and invoice generation.
* Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, although comprehensive system training will be provided.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
* Possesses excellent professional telephone etiquette.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Demonstrates multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Capable of anticipating needs and working independently.
* A team player willing to contribute to a small team environment.
