Job Title: Administrator (Working with the Managing Director)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Barking, Essex
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 1 year and 30 days after 5 years, Healthcare after 6 months

Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organized Administrator to provide support to the Managing Director. This role requires someone with excellent administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. While finance knowledge is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, both electronic and hard copy.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Finance knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
