Property Administrator – Experienced Administrator
To 27k
Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
East London
This client is an independent, established and leading Estate Agent in East London, offering residential lettings, and guaranteed rent schemes, as well as commercial and residential property management services. All their staff are highly qualified in the Property market and aim to deliver the very best customer experience for their clients and tenants.
The Property Administrator will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and show confidence in terms of dealing with tenants, this role is for their Social Housing Division
As an Administrator you will be competitively computer literate, as well as used to using CRM systems (will train on their bespoke system).
You will have a confident telephone manner and be able to work on you own initiative after an initial term of training.
On a day to day basis you will be dealing with Council Tax issues, Utility Companies and general e-mail enquiries in and out of the business.
