Administrator
We are looking for an Administrator to join our client in Tamworth on a part time temporary ongoing basis for 3 days a week.
You will be working within a team to help provide support by answering incoming emails, printing, Filling, and general administration duties as required.
Location: Tamworth
Payrate: £11.44 per hour
Working hours: 8.30am-5.00pm
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to various departments day-to-day.
Printing, filling, and documenting paperwork as required.
Taking responsibility for incoming mail to the company mailbox.
Booking and scheduling appointments and informing the relevant department/person.
Keeping and logging accurate notes onto the company in house system.
Requirements:
Previous experience within in an office-based role.
A knowledge into computer literacy and MS Packages such as word, PowerPoint and excel.
Excellent organisational and administration skills are required.
Must have a god telephone manner and communication skills.
