Exciting Opportunity! With ongoing expansion and an increased workload, my client is looking to add an experienced Administrator into the team.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, working in-office one day a week and remotely for the remainder. The role involves supporting the Services Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to various companies across the UK.

Main duties as an Administrator
General administration duties
Order processing
Invoicing completed work
Updating and maintain the Rental asset register (Excel)
Updating and maintain the Installation stock register (Excel)
Providing updated project trackers for end customers
Checking of the internal portal for planned site Engineer visits
Carry out a monthly stock take for all equipment with Installation Engineers.
Knowledge and Experience
Must be methodical
Able to prioritise their workload
Able to stay focused in a busy environment
Professional telephone manner
The successful candidate will be IT literate, numerate and will want to be part of a team
Experience with invoicing is required
Experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and databases is essential.
