Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Location: Marchwood

What will you be doing?

Data inputting

Creating PO's, updating spreadsheets, receipting orders and dealing with queries

Completing monthly Payroll (Data Entry)

Gathering KPI data

Assisting operational office with driver debriefs

HR support by way of note taking during HR related processes and meetings

First point of contact for Veolia staff as well as the general public

Point of contact for all invoicing queries and allocation of purchase orders

What are we looking for?

Verbal and numerical skills

Administration experience

Customer focused

Experience of using a system i.e. Elemos, Sage, SAP, Google Sheets & Docs, Microsoft office etc.
