ADMINISTRATOR OR SCHEDULE CO-ORDINATOR NEEDED FOR FIRE COMPLIANCE & PASSIVE FIRE SAFETY COMPANY.

TITLE:
Administrator / Schedule Coordinator – Fire Compliance and Safety

LOCATION:
Based in Stafford – any commutable location such as Cannock, Stone, Rugeley, etc would all be suitable.

PACKAGE:
£24,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience in role.
Pension, holidays + bank holidays, a day for charitable use and any expenses covered.

ROLE:
Administrator / Schedule Coordinator – Fire Compliance and Safety
Managing the workload and schedules of inspectors, surveyors and assessors.
Deal with client queries on the phone and by email and arranging visit dates with customers.
Report checking, quoting and managing remedial works and liaising with contractors.
Based in Stafford.

EXPERIENCE:
Administrator / Schedule Coordinator – Fire Compliance and Safety
You would ideally have experience in scheduling roles such as engineers, technicians, surveyors or door inspectors.
Having good organisational skills is an essential.
Any experience as an administrator would be beneficial.
Knowledge and confidence using Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word is essential for this role.
Any commutable location such as Stafford, Cannock, Stone, Rugeley, etc would all be suitable.
